Your SYMPTOMS ARE NOT SOMETHING WRONG - BUT AN EXPRESSION OF TRUTH THAT IS ASKING YOU TO INQUIRE WITHIN..
This Truth alone will begin to dramatically change the way you relate to opportunities - including your healing.
Our traditional mental health model looks at diagnosis and set of symptoms as something wrong with the body.
I view the experiences your body has gone through after trauma and stress as purposeful and innate.
When given the appropriate tools, techniques, and environment, your nervous system and body will begin to reset, re-calibrate, and heal.
I believe that we all hold the tools we need and heal best in community. For this reason I do not offer weekly, individual sessions. Please refer to the service menu below.
types of appointments and services
.01 Awaken awareness: A Collective reprocessing experience
Awaken your awareness in this group immersion. Learn neuroscience and laws of physiology behind connecting to your memory network systems through an evidenced based process, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Then, based on the intention for your experience, learn how to access and traverse the neural networks of your consciousness.
Taught through a Jungian lens, Collective Reprocessing is an elevated consciousness protocol that supports us in seeing our conditioning. Connecting to Carl Jung’s Personal Unconscious and the Collective Unconscious, this experience will support you in seeing all aspects of yourself and where you can begin the process of liberating yourself, from your conditioning.
It is my goal in this process to teach you how to facilitate EMDR yourself. Join one class, join multiple. Each experience you have with this process will be different based on your intention for each class and the information you are open to receiving each time.
Cost of service: $30.00 - 75 minute class
.02 EMDR intensives
For those that wish to engage in 1:1 work, I do offer EMDR intensives that vary from 4-6 hours each session, depending on goals and presenting concerns. While it is recommended that potential clients who wish to engage in this level of work take an Awaken Awareness class to connect to the methodology and practices, it is not required.
For those interested in EMDR intensives, please schedule a consultation call below. If the times available do not match your calendar, please message me through the contact form and we will find alternative times.
*Please note the EMDR intensives are not weekly therapy and are not intended to treat or diagnose mental health conditions. Though I am a clinically trained therapist, I do not practice within the medical system, therefore diagnosis, medical reimbursement, or crisis management is not provided.
Cost of service: $125/hour
.03 COLLECTIVE REPROCESSING: PROFESSIONAL TRAINING EXPERIENCE
Some of the most amazing healers and helpers in the world don’t hold licenses or credentials. Yet, in order to take a basic EMDR training one must be in the process or have obtained a master’s degree and professional license to practice therapy.
When you begin to see the mental health system for what it is - a Westernized health care system that provides a service to you, the consumer, and as legal corporations that are to satisfy the profit interests of their board members, you begin to see the education system as a tool to reinforce the system/service model.
In an 8 week, immersive training, I teach coaches, therapists, and other health practitioners the protocol for Collective Reprocessing and support them in integrating this methodology into their existing practice. More information on the Collective Reprocessing method can be found here.
Cost of service: $2200.00
TRAUMA INFORMED UNCONSCIOUS WORK
Ethically working with the unconscious and its patterns means that I am competent in trauma-informed evidence based practices and operate from a place of responsibility and ownership to ensure doing no harm. This work takes us to some of the most intimate spaces within your unconscious and it is an honor to be a part of that journey. Because of this, each and every interaction in my practice is rooted in:
